Pay Schedule: Starting at $31,000 - $35,000 plus incentives and bonuses

Responsibilities:
  • Various administrative tasks include overseeing all transactions from contact to closing
  • Implementing and managing all systems for seller and buyer transactions.
  • Implementing systems for lead generation.
  • Implementig and maintaining client databases.
  • Tracking calendar items.
  • Assist the Realtor with setting appointments
  • Preparing email correspondence
  • Report updates & maintaining records
  • Setting up marketing materials
  • Ensuring all parties have all documents related to the real estate transactions.
  • Manage & Update Team Website.
  • Other duties as assigned. 
Computer Skills:
  • Familiar with Apple products, Software & apps (iMac, Macbook, iPad, iPhone etc)
  • Web Forms, Realtor Link, TorontoMLS, EasyOFFER an asset
  • CRM, Mail Chimp, Evernote, Pages & Numbers
  • Social Media - Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat and Twitter

  • Prospect for new clients on a daily basis from various lead sources
  • Respond to inbound leads from all internet lead sources, sign calls, and etc.
  • Schedule appointments for Listing and Buyer Specialists
  • Input/manage client & lead databases
  • Conduct lead follow up & nurture leads until appointments are set
Responsibilities:
  • Set daily and weekly goals
  • Track all key business activities.
  • Measure conversion ratios and meet performance benchmarks.
  • Set up an “Ideal Week” that blocks time for activities designed to reach goals.
  • Attend training and establish daily role-play partners.
  • Willing to be held accountable for goals & results.
  • Call past clients and your sphere of influence to ask for referrals.
  • Manage contact database system.
  • Manage new leads each week & work existing leads to convert into buying/listing appointments.
  • Practice, memorize and internalize scripts at least 1-2 hours /week.
  • Prospect for new clients on a daily basis 1-2 hrs/day.
  • Do 5-10 hours of lead follow-up per week.

Responsibilities:
  • Prospect for both seller and buyer leads, convert leads to appointments & close for buyer agency agreements
  • Promptly return all buyer client telephone calls, texts and/or emails
  • Buyer Consultations - Conduct a thorough needs analysis to ensure fiduciary service to all buyer clients
  • Show homes to prospective home buyer clients
  • Write, submit & negotiate all offers to purchase homes for buyer clients
  • Schedule and attend on-site property inspections with clients and vendors
  • Buyer Visits - Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting etc.
  • Train, mentor and assist in the hiring of additional buyer’s agents and showing assistants
  • Communicate diligently with administrative staff to ensure the highest level of service to buyer clients from initial contact through contract to close
  •  Regularly attend team meetings
  •  Attend all office training for working with buyer clients 
  • Other duties as assigned.
