Position: Client Care Representative
Experience: Real Estate experience an asset or 6-12 months of relevant work experience 
Location: Pickering, Ontario
Language: Fluent in English
Travel: Mobility is an asset
Education: High school or equivalent
$12 - $15 an hour plus incentives and bonuses

The Client Care Representative will report directly to the Client Care Manager and or Team Leader. This position is best suited for a multi-tasking individual who focuses on exceptional client care experience. You will be responsible for daily interactions with clients, administrative and marketing tasks in this fast-paced real estate office. To be successful you must have an enthusiastic and professional telephone manner and truly enjoy dealing with people.  Millions of real estate sold annually since 2004. Responsibilities:
  • Various administrative tasks include overseeing all transactions from contact to closing
  • Implementing and managing all systems for seller and buyer transactions.
  • Implementing systems for lead generation.
  • Implementig and maintaining client databases.
  • Tracking calendar items.
  • Assist the Realtor with setting appointments
  • Preparing email correspondence
  • Report updates & maintaining records
  • Setting up marketing materials
  • Ensuring all parties have all documents related to the real estate transactions.
  • Manage & Update Team Website.
  • Other duties as assigned. 
Computer Skills:
  • Familiar with Apple products, Software & apps (iMac, Macbook, iPad, iPhone etc)
  • Web Forms, Realtor Link, TorontoMLS, EasyOFFER an asset
  • CRM, Mail Chimp, Evernote, Pages & Numbers
  • Social Media - Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat and Twitter

Who Are We Looking For?

We are seeking a talented Showing Specialist- must be licensed real estate agent in Ontario or be willing to obtain license.

Strong people skills. Scripts proficient, outgoing, and persistence a must.

Please note this is a real estate sales position you will be responsible for:

  • Finding homes to meet buyers’ criteria and show these to qualified buyers.
  • Refine or confirm criteria and select additional homes as necessary. 
  • Close buyers to contract offers.

Duties include the following:

  • Provide housing and community information.
  • Coordinate area tour.
  • Establish home search plan and timetable.
  • Research MLS and preview properties.
  • Show properties and help buyers evaluate and compare homes.
  • Arrange for house-hunting visits.
  • Provide pricing and market research.
  • Educate buyer about process.

Hours:
Be available for Afternoons, Evening, and Weekend Showing Hours based on scheduled showings.

This position is commission based.

Preferred experience:

  • Onsite Leasing Agent
  • Sales Experience
  • Customer Service Experience
  • Teaching
